Private Sessions
Private sessions offer clients a one-on-one experience with the movement system. We work with people from all different walks of life and movements backgrounds. We offer individualized and customized solutions for your goals and needs. These sessions are done on the brilliant GYROTONIC® equipment to help you feel your best. We also offer clients exercises they can also practice at home and donation based group classes for consistency and results that will last.
Duets
Duets give clients an opportunity to experience the GYROTONIC® method while working with another person. You will receive individualized hands on cueing and corrections. It's a great supplement or alternative to private sessions and group classes. If you are interested in a duet, we can pair you with someone or you can bring a friend or loved one. If you would us to pair you with someone, please contact us with your available times.
