GYROTONIC® Group Classes
GYROTONIC® Group Classes
Spiral Studio Louisville offers small group classes on the pulley tower. These group classes are kept small so that you can receive quality instruction, individualized feedback, and hands on corrections. We have 5 pulley towers to accommodate group classes so you can enjoy with friends, meet people, or go with loved ones! GYROTONIC® classes are done on a pulley tower machine. The machines provides a brilliant sense of feedback, support, and intuitive flow as you move through your whole body.
