Our studio policy is designed to ensure the best quality and experience for all of our clientele.

1.   STUDIO – Please leave shoes underneath the benches. Please leave personal items, cellphones, and other electronics in the cubbies provided. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment. You may come in and make yourself at home in the studio earlier if an instructor is there, but an instructor might not be at the studio if you are arriving more than 10 minutes early.

2.  FRAGRANCE-FREE ENVIRONMENT – Please refrain from wearing any of the following during your visit: perfume, cologne, aftershave, scented hand lotion/body oil, essential oils, or any other scented products. We have clients that have severe allergies and/or sensitivities to certain oils and fragrances.

3.   ATTIRE - We suggest that you wear clean comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement.  Clean socks are required.

4.   GROUP CLASSES - For the safety and benefit of clients, GYROTONIC® group class enrollment have a prerequisite of taking 3 private sessions, 3 duets, or completion of the introductory GYROTONIC® group class series before enrollment. An instructor at Spiral Studio Louisville reserves the right to make exceptions if client has prior experience. Unless stated in the description of the class, there is no prerequisite to join a GYROKINESIS® group class

4.   CANCELLATIONS – Please note the 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY.  You will be charged for any appointment that is changed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice and for no-shows.  Please TEXT or EMAIL the studio directly to make this change.  This 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all sessions.   A client is considered a “no-show” 20 minutes after session start time if the client has not notified the office, in which case the trainer may leave.  Exceptions can be made at the discretion of Spiral Studio Louisville.

5.   PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIPS -  Packages/memberships and their corresponding sessions expire at after an amount stated stated on our Services.
 
6.   WAIVER OF LIABILITY - I voluntarily agree to participate in the activities being provided by Spiral Studio LLC, DBA "Spiral Studio Louisville". I understand that if for any reason I am unable to or think it unwise to engage in any activity, I am under no obligation to engage in such activity nor will I hold Spiral Studio Louisville, or its respective agents (i.e., directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers and any third parties acting on its behalf), liable for any damage, injury or harm sustained from choosing to engage in any activity. I also understand that there are unanticipated risks during any activity. I hereby assume all risks of injury to me and my property, which may be sustained in connection with these activities. I agree that, in the event that I need medical or psychological attention, Spiral Studio Louisville, or its respective agents (i.e., directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers and any third parties acting on its behalf) has the authority and discretion to contact emergency services. Any costs incurred for such services are my sole responsibility. I understand that my participation in any activity is at the discretion of Spiral Studio Louisville. If, in the opinion of Spiral Studio Louisville, or its respective agents (i.e., directors, officers, employees, independent contractors, service providers and any third parties acting on its behalf), I am unable to continue in an activity for any reason, I may be asked to stop or leave. I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to this document and that I have had the opportunity to ask Spiral Studio Louisville any further questions I may have had related to this document. I also represent that I am of legal age and agree to this document of my own free will.
