Minh-Tuan Nguyen is the owner and founder of Spiral Studio Louisville. Minh-Tuan is a passionate movement educator with over 12 years of teaching adults and children. He has experience working with a wide range of clients, from those that have trouble moving, those with specialized issues, all the way up to elite athletes. Minh-Tuan teaches both GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® classes in Louisville and is certified in both methods as well as the specialized GYROTONIC® Leg Extension Unit. He has had a career as a professional dancer, choreographer, and ballet instructor traveling around the US. He attended California State University of Long Beach for Dance. Minh-Tuan has traveled across the US to train with different Master Trainers, seeking to bring high quality movement education here in Louisville, KY. He has a passion for holistic movement education. He believes in strength training, mobility, breath work, while being mindful and coordinated in order to create health and wellness. Minh-Tuan is CPR/AED certified.

Minh-Tuan has had the pleasure of dancing with multiple ballet companies in the US including Milwaukee Ballet II, Lexington Ballet, Missouri Contemporary Ballet, and most recently Louisville Ballet. As a professional dancer, he enjoyed working with different dancers, choreographers, and teachers from around the world. He owes a great deal of his success as a professional dancer despite starting at a late age because of the method. He finds that this movement system has gives him more strength, balance, and wellness. Minh-Tuan is excited to share this joy of movement with others.
